Claudia Marcante

Claudia Marcante is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager Industrial at SCM GROUP since February 2021, Claudia has previously held the position of HR Manager at Interfashion SpA from May 2005 to February 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection, training, compensation policies, performance evaluation, contractual management, budget oversight, labor relations, and policy implementation. Prior to that, Claudia worked in human resources at STEFANEL from June 2003 to April 2005, focusing on candidate screening, personnel training, and incentive planning for retail staff. Claudia began their career with an internship at Human Resources International in late 2002. Academically, Claudia holds a degree in Political Science with an international political focus from Università degli Studi di Padova and has pursued additional training in human resources and professional development.
