Nicole C. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Nicole currently works at Scoir, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager II, where they have been since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company from June 2020 to December 2022.
In 2020, Nicole also worked as a Merchandise Buying Intern at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) from January to April, where they managed the flow of denim, jackets, and outerwear merchandise.
In 2019, they had internships at QVC as a Merchandise Buying Intern, where they managed item creation and purchase orders for the Designer Apparel Buying team, and at Neiman Marcus Group as a Merchandise Buying Intern, where they wrote purchase orders and allocated products to stores and the web.
In addition, they worked at Americae as a Digital Marketing Intern from January to May 2019, where they grew influencer, stylist, and celebrity partnerships, and conducted market research. Nicole also worked as a Marketing Team member at Be Well Nova from August 2018 to May 2019.
In 2018, Nicole held multiple roles, including Brand Ambassador at Kyle Cavan, where they created content, increased customer acquisition, and provided insights on the latest trends. Nicole also worked as a Sales Associate at Metropolitans from January to May 2018, and as a Campus Coordinator at Rent The Runway from August 2018 to January 2019, where they acted as the liaison between the campus team and headquarters and drove brand awareness.
Lastly, Nicole was a member of Alpha Phi International Fraternity starting in January 2018.

Nicole C. completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing, specializing in Digital Marketing and Business Development, from Villanova University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from The Hockaday School from 2010 to 2016.
Nicole C. has also obtained several additional certifications. In May 2020, they completed the Stukent Mimic Pro Digital Marketing Simulation from Stukent.
