Carolyn Hampton has over 30 years of experience in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Scope (Aust) since September 2016, Carolyn previously held the role of Payroll & HR Systems Manager at St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria from January 2015 to September 2016, managing payroll for approximately 280 employees. Between July 2012 and January 2015, Carolyn was a Payroll Manager in a shared service role for VincentCare Victoria and St Vincent de Paul Society, overseeing payroll for a combined total of 910 employees. Carolyn had earlier roles at St Vincent de Paul Society VIC from September 2004 to June 2012 and at Coles Group from September 1979 to August 2004, where responsibilities included leading a team for payroll processing at multiple retail brands and working on centralizing payroll systems. Carolyn completed education at Lilydale High School from 1975 to 1980.
