Carlos Skinner has over 13 years of experience in various technical support roles. Carlos started their career in 2007 at Stream BPO, where they provided technical support for Dell's US accounts, specializing in resolving escalated situations for customers with premier warranties. From 2011 to 2015, Carlos worked as a Technical Support Manager at IC Intracom, providing customer service and technical training for networking and computer peripheral products. In 2017, they joined Ultimate Medical Academy as a Full-time Instructor of Information Technology. Most recently, Carlos has been working at SCORE Mentors as a Software Specialist, providing technical support and managing accounts using various platforms.
Carlos Skinner earned a Master's degree from DeVry University in Network/Wireless Management with a specialization in MISM. Carlos attended DeVry University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, Carlos completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising/Public Relations from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
