Sophie Milliken Mbe

Sophie Milliken MBE is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Moja since February 2022. In addition to leading Moja, Sophie is the host of the popular marketing podcast "Beyond the Bio," an Angel Investor at ScoreApp, columnist and ambassador for Elite Business, and a business accelerator coach with Dent Global. Previously, Sophie founded SRS Recruitment and Employability Experts and Get A Graduate Job, and held various roles at John Lewis Partnership focusing on recruitment and learning development. Sophie is also a director for City Ladies Networking and served as a Non Executive Director for Social Allies. Currently pursuing a PhD in Female Entrepreneurship at Durham University Business School, Sophie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University and a BA in Retail Management from Leeds Beckett University.
