Helen Kedelauk has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Helen began their career at Serco as a Customer Experience Manager, where they were responsible for customer service excellence and development of innovative strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Helen then moved on to Virgin Active in 2012 as a Sales Manager, where they maximized membership sales through daily motivation, coaching, and development of the sales team. In 2013, they joined David Lloyd Leisure as a Sales Manager, where they effectively managed a team of membership consultants within agreed financial budgets through coaching and training. In 2019, they joined Scoro as a Senior Solution Engineer, and later as a Solution Engineer and Onboarding Expert.

Helen Kedelauk attended the Rocca al Mare School from 2001 to 2004 and the Estonian Business School from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.
