Juan Gutierrez Plaza

Juan Gutierrez Plaza has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2004. Juan started as a Software Developer at Grupo Delaware, then moved on to become a Software Design Engineer and Senior SW Design Engineer at Nokia from 2004-2007. Juan then joined Stonesoft as a Software Specialist in 2007, before becoming an Agile Coach, Manager of Agile Practices, Senior Manager of Agile Practices, and Head of Bordeaux R&D for Content Cloud at F-Secure Corporation from 2008-2014. In 2014, they became a Partner and Head of Engineering at Morrr. Juan then co-founded Softcracy in 2013, and co-founded Boldly Movement in 2018. Juan also held the role of Agile Coach at Swedbank Estonia from 2016-2018, and Head of Software Engineering, Customer Lifecycle and Head of Software Engineering, Ecosystem at Pipedrive from 2018-2021. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering and Head of Engineering at Scoro.

Juan Gutierrez Plaza obtained a Bachelor & Master in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1998 and 2003. Juan then attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan between 2002 and 2003 and did not obtain a degree. Finally, they obtained a Master in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2007.
