Bridgette Moore

Bridgette Moore has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years.

Starting in 1996, they worked as an HR Consultant at Mercer HR Consulting for three years. Bridgette then joined Accenture in 1999 as a Sr. Compensation Analyst.

In 2000, they returned to Mercer as a Senior Associate, where they stayed until 2005. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field.

In 2005, Bridgette joined Allstate and took on various HR roles. Bridgette started as an HR Compensation Senior Manager, then became an HR Senior Manager/Business Partner in 2008. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Director of Talent Management, followed by a year as the Field Administrative Director. In 2015, they became the Director of Leadership Development.

From 2016 to 2018, Bridgette held the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner for Allstate Claims & Organizational Effectiveness. Bridgette provided executive HR leadership to a 16,000-employee organization and played a key role in the department's reorganization.

From 2018 to 2019, Bridgette served as the Vice President, HR Business Partner for Allstate's Growth Businesses. In this role, they led a team of HR business partners and oversaw the transformation of Allstate's HR department to align with the company's talent strategy.

In 2019, they joined WPP as the Global Corporate People Lead. During this time, they also served as the Global Chief People Officer for The Pharm, a WPP/WBA agency, from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Bridgette is the Chief People Officer at Scorpion, starting in May 2022.
