Judd Wheeler

Judd Wheeler has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Judd started their career as a Multimedia Developer at Oklahoma State University in 1990 and later joined the Teletraining Institute, where they worked as a Multimedia Developer/Trainer. At the Teletraining Institute, Judd instructed teachers and trainers on utilizing multimedia in education, led video courses, and developed courseware and multimedia presentations.

In 1995, Judd joined Comm-Arts as the Director of Interactive Media. Judd played a crucial role in expanding the company's services in the digital realm and managed mixed and prepared projects for multiple product lines and brands. Judd also blended Internet and multimedia development teams.

From 2011 to 2015, Judd had several roles at different companies. Judd co-founded Mobile Tulsa, a community-building group for developers, marketers, and entrepreneurs in Tulsa. Judd also worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at SurgeLeaf Mobile, where they helped businesses with their mobile strategy and developed engaging messaging and strategic positioning.

In 2014, Judd joined Pivot Engagement as the Lead Product Manager, where they designed a new type of mobile loyalty program and created program specifications and prototypes. Judd then moved on to work at Xoikos Interactive Business Systems, where they served as a Product Manager and later as the Senior Product Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing, driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

From 2015 to 2020, Judd worked at 3Cinteractive | An IMImobile company as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Product Manager. Judd created a web app to improve the accuracy of mobile interactive coupons, built a new mobile wallet creation tool, and led the creation of a profile product for hyperpersonalized mobile marketing campaigns.

Most recently, Judd joined Scorpion in 2020 as a Senior Product Manager. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management and marketing in the mobile and digital realms.

Judd Wheeler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Rogers State College from 1988 to 1989, and Claremore High School from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Judd also obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in June 2020.
