Katie Carlile has a diverse background in talent programs, event management, and executive assistance, with extensive experience in the wellness and essential oils industry. Currently, Katie serves in a dual role at Scorpion, focusing on Talent Programs and Experience while also supporting the COO and CXO as an Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Katie held positions at Vasayo as Senior Manager of Events and Recognition and contributed to various roles at Young Living Essential Oils, including Global Retreats and Incentive Events Manager, Global Culture and Engagement Manager, and Administrative Assistant.
