Levi Sheppard, MA-HRIR, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Levi currently holds the position of Director of Talent Programs & Experience at Scorpion since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hearst Newspapers as a Talent Development Manager from September 2021 to October 2022, and as a Human Resources Program Manager from October 2020 to September 2021. Before their time at Hearst Newspapers, Levi worked at ExxonMobil as a Talent Analytics Advisor from June 2020 to October 2020, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2019 to June 2020. Levi also served as a Training and Development Graduate Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from September 2018 to May 2019. Furthermore, Levi has experience working in the Army National Guard as a Team Leader | Sergeant (E5) - Search and Extraction from November 2016 to February 2019, and as a Chemical Operations Specialist from February 2013 to November 2016.
