Madeline Sexton has a diverse work experience history. Madeline started their career as a Food Runner/Server at Hotel Durant from July 2015 to April 2016, where they served customers, performed side-work, and ensured the timely delivery of food.

In 2012, they worked as a Barn Assistant at Kismet Farms until January 2017. Madeline assisted with horse care and training, managed the barn, and organized supplies for competitions. During this time, they also worked closely with an Olympic-level rider and trainer.

From May 2016 to January 2019, Madeline worked at Horsefly Group as a Liquid Digital and Account Coordinator. Madeline managed various social media accounts for international clients, created and scheduled content, and used reputation management programs to monitor and report on client reputation. Madeline also provided administrative support to the marketing team.

At WSI Internet Consulting, from January 2017 to July 2019, Madeline held the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. Madeline'sresponsibilities included developing and tracking project scopes, establishing relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

From October 2019 to January 2021, Madeline worked as a Marketing Assistant at Scorpion. Madeline maintained positive client relationships, delivered professional communication, and provided exceptional service to over 124 clients on a daily basis. Madeline also supported the strategic Criminal Defense marketing team in various tasks and projects.

After that, Madeline transitioned to the role of Onboarding Team Specialist at Scorpion from January 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they communicated with clients through various channels, provided product troubleshooting and solutions, and managed multiple issues and projects simultaneously.

Currently, Madeline is working as a Client Success Manager at Scorpion. Madeline troubleshoots and helps clients adopt software solutions, enabling them to enhance revenue and improve customer relationships. Madeline also produces and implements the post-launch support process, solves problems, and assists companies in achieving their goals using software solutions.

Madeline Sexton completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2016.
