James McNeil is the US Head of Talent Acquisition at Scotiabank, a role they began in 2022. Previously, they worked as an IT Recruiter at J.P. Morgan from 2010 to 2012, and served as a Recruitment Manager for Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets at HSBC from 2014 to 2021. James also held the position of Resourcing Partner at Lloyds Banking Group Project Verde from 2012 to 2014. They earned a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
