Jorge Martin

Jorge Martin has a strong legal background with experience in structured products, derivatives, structured finance, securitization, public finance, and business litigation. Jorge currently holds the position of Senior Counsel at Scotiabank since 2010. Prior to this, Jorge served as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, Sidley Austin LLP, and Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Martin obtained their A.B. in Economics and History from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cornell Law School.
