Peter Szaflarski

Peter Szaflarski is a seasoned professional in the fields of data and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Data and Analytics at Scotiabank since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Director of Data Lake and Data Engineering at Thomson Reuters from November 2018 to March 2023. Peter also held the position of Director of Data Engineering at Hubba from May 2015 to November 2018, as well as roles in business development and co-founding Hangry. Earlier career milestones include working as an Associate at Integrated Asset Management and a Consultant at Continental Bank of Canada. Peter's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
