Swastika Sinha is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality Assurance with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance at Scotiabank since April 2019, Swastika has previously held senior management positions in eCommerce and Global Marketing Technology as well as eCommerce. Swastika's career includes significant roles at Publicis Sapient as Senior Manager of QA and Manager of Quality Assurance, along with earlier positions at Indigo and The Globe and Mail. Swastika began the professional journey as a QA Analyst at Indigo and has a foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Nagarro. Swastika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology and completed high school at La Martiniere College in Lucknow.
