Tammy McKinnon is an accomplished leader in financial crime and fraud management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Fraud Management at Scotiabank since July 2021, Tammy provides strategic direction for a diverse team, focusing on mitigating fraud losses and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Tammy held various senior positions at TD, including SVP and Head of the Financial Crimes & Fraud Management Group, where leadership was provided to a team of over 900 experts. Tammy's earlier roles also included responsibilities in governance, strategy, and project management, contributing to the development of enterprise-wide fraud prevention measures. Tammy holds a Master of Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, along with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph.
