Organic Development Manager at Scotland Food & Drink

Adam Forrest is an accomplished professional in the organic food and farming sectors, currently serving as the Organics Development Manager at Scotland Food & Drink since May 2022, where coordination with the Scottish Government is focused on developing the Scottish Organic Action Plan. Prior to this role, Adam held significant positions including Farm Enterprise Manager at Cyrenians from May 2019 to May 2022, overseeing a working organic farm and community project. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Rural (Environmental) Resource Management from SRUC, completed in 2015.
