Bryan Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bryan has worked in various roles and positions in different organizations.
Bryan started their career at PICT Innovation Ltd as a Project Manager, where they managed multi-partner EU funded ICT research projects and worked with local SMEs to exploit research results and develop new products.
Bryan later joined Rural Insights as a Management Consultant, where they provided expertise and guidance to clients.
In 2005, Bryan became a Partner at Fyrish Innovation, a role they held until 2012.
During the same time period, they also worked as a Project Manager at ICT Youth Challenge, where they managed a team and oversaw operations.
From 2011 to 2018, Bryan served as a Member of the Scottish Regional Board at CIM Scotland. Bryan contributed to the organization's comprehensive events program and aimed to facilitate learning and success among marketers.
In 2013, Bryan joined Scottish Development International as a Project Manager - Sales, focusing on lead generation, relationship development, and creating tailored marketing propositions.
From 2013 to 2019, Bryan held the position of Senior Manager in the Company Growth Directorate at Scottish Enterprise. Bryan was responsible for managing the program of continuous improvement for the Account Management Service, leading on performance reporting, and developing new approaches to enhance the service offering.
Bryan then served as Head of Company Growth at Scottish Enterprise from 2018 to 2019, and later as Head of Customer Experience & Products from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Bryan is the Head of Business Growth at Scottish Enterprise.
Furthermore, Bryan has a background in the film industry. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Director at Big Box Films, an independent film company in Scotland. Bryan played a key role in proposition development, online distribution channel development, financing, and investor relations.
Bryan Fraser completed their education at Fortrose Academy from 1992 to 1998. Bryan then pursued a BA Hons degree in Marketing Management at Edinburgh Napier University from 1998 to 2002.
