Darlene Braithwaite

Darlene Braithwaite has extensive experience in employee communications, currently serving as the Head of Employee Communications at Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International since December 1997. In these roles, Darlene is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of employee communication programs, which encompass staff surveys, e-zines, intranet news, and engagement workshops. Prior to this, Darlene worked at British Aerospace as the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Manager from April 1989 to December 1997.
