Carolyne McCreath

Carolyne McCreath is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner at the Scottish National Investment Bank since February 2021. Carolyne has held various roles in HR, including Volunteer Mentor at Career Ready, and previously worked as a People Business Partner at both Scottish Water and Business Stream, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. With a solid background in leading HR teams and managing people M&A activities, Carolyne has also contributed as a Senior HR Consultant and Project Manager at Scottish Water, overseeing significant employee relations services and change programmes. Carolyne holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA (Hons) in Banking and Financial Support Services from Glasgow Caledonian University. Additionally, Carolyne completed a leadership programme by Remarkable Women and is certified by the Association for Project Management.
