Brian Yates

Brian Yates is an experienced leader in technology and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Front Office, Marketing and Innovation in the Centre of Excellence at ScottishPower since September 2020. With a background at Accenture from January 2010 to September 2020, Brian held multiple key roles, including Senior Manager in Accenture Technology, where leadership in complex technology projects was a primary focus. Brian's prior experience includes significant leadership positions in application support and delivery, overseeing teams across multiple countries and managing major IT transformations. Previously, at Logica, Brian was involved in business analysis and software development management for large utility systems. Academic credentials include a Master of Electronic and Electrical Engineering with European Studies from the University of Strathclyde and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur in Electrical Engineering from INSA Rennes.
