Eileen Pender McIpd

Eileen Pender MCIPD is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Learning Consultancy Manager for People Strategy at ScottishPower since August 2023. Previously, Eileen held various key positions at Aggreko, including Global Head of Technical Talent & Learning and Head of Talent & Learning, from October 2016 to July 2022. Eileen also worked as an Independent Consultant at Pender OD, collaborating with STC Global on organizational development projects, and held managerial roles at Clough, Expro, FMC Technologies, NEC Corporation, and BP. Eileen's educational background includes a CIPD postgraduate degree, a Certificate in Personnel Practice, and an HNC in Business Administration from Falkirk College.
