Spyros Karamitsos

Spyros Karamitsos currently serves as the UK Lead Grid and System Studies Manager at ScottishPower, where Spyros is responsible for power system studies, electrical performance, and grid code compliance for the East Anglia Hub Offshore Wind Complex. Spyros is also the Innovation Lead of the Electrical Department, focusing on developing the offshore wind electrical innovation portfolio. Furthermore, Spyros is the UK Chair of CIGRE Study Committee C4 and has experience as a power systems consultant and industrial researcher in the field of low frequency AC transmission systems technology.
