Steve Homer is an experienced programme and project manager with a strong background in leading transformative initiatives across various sectors, including public service and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Programme Manager for the Scottish Prison Service since August 2017, Steve has developed governance frameworks and established consistent project management methodologies.
