Fraser Sime has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fraser began their career at HBOS in 2005, where they held positions such as Head of Corporate Finance, Europe, and Head of Joint Ventures, Investments. In 2009, they joined Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, where they served as the Head of Business Development for Scotland. Fraser then went on to become the Area Director for Glasgow and West of Scotland and later the Head of Client Relationship Management. In 2015, Fraser became the Head of Conduct and Control Function lead for Mid Markets and SME Banking. Fraser transitioned to Bank of Scotland in 2016, where they assumed the role of Regional Director for Scotland, SME Banking. Currently, Fraser Sime is the Head of Loan Investments at Scottish Widows.

Fraser Sime pursued their education at The University of Edinburgh from 1989 to 1993, where they studied Business Studies and Accounting. Following that, they attended ICAS from 1993 to 1996 and acquired a degree in Chartered Accountancy.
