Joshua Miles

Joshua Miles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement & EU Operations at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since October 2016, Joshua leads a high-performing team responsible for managing an $800 million operation across 400 partners and overseeing EU business units generating approximately $125 million in annual revenue. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager at Botanicare, where Joshua implemented effective S&OP processes, and Purchasing Manager positions at Zodiac Aerospace and Brock Supply, where Joshua directed cross-functional teams and established programs to enhance vendor performance and reliability. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University.
