Shayna Cohen

Shayna Cohen is an experienced medical scribe and clinical research coordinator with a strong background in neuroscience and leadership. Currently serving as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe at Scottsdale Emergency Associates since August 2022, Shayna excels in documenting patient encounters and training new team members. Additionally, Shayna has taken on the role of Clinical Research Coordinator at Northwestern University in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Secretary-General for the University of Chicago Model United Nations, where Shayna managed a large-scale conference. Shayna has also contributed to research at UChicago Medicine, focusing on Alzheimer's Disease, and has held various roles in education and outreach, demonstrating versatility and commitment to the medical field. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, Shayna is well-equipped for a future in healthcare.
