Jennifer Bell

Jennifer Bell has a diverse work experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Scout & Cellar. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Medica Health Management for four years. In this role, they developed HR policies and programs for a multi-state home health and hospice agency. Prior to that, Jennifer was the Vice President of Human Resources at Metrocare Services, where they oversaw HR operations across 13 locations and managed a team of 14 members. Jennifer also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Community Dental Care, where they turned around and led the HR department for a non-profit organization. Jennifer has a strong background in policy and program design, talent management, leadership coaching, compliance, and audits.
