Head of People and Culture at Scout Gaming Group

Anastasiya Kanunikova has several years of work experience in various roles. Anastasiya has worked at Scout Gaming Group since 2015, where they have served as the Head of People and Culture since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing a human resources plan that aligns with the organization's mission and strategy. Anastasiya also focuses on employee development, retention, and onboarding, as well as providing guidance to managers and staff in addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Anastasiya also has experience as an Administrative Manager at Selepey, Volkovetsky and Partners, where they worked from April 2013 to September 2013.

Anastasiya Kanunikova holds a Master's Degree from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where they specialized in the Faculty of Foreign Languages. In addition to their formal education, Anastasiya has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Anastasiya received certification in Executive and Management Coaching from the University of Cape Town in August 2021. Furthermore, they completed a certification course in Project Management, specifically focusing on the "Basis of Managing IT Teams," at LITS [Lviv IT School] in February 2016. Anastasiya also acquired a certification in Software Testing from LITS [Lviv IT School] in August 2014. Lastly, they pursued additional knowledge in Management for Leaders from the Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) without specified months or years.
