Mariya-Anna Fedorchenko

Mariya-Anna Fedorchenko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mariya-Anna started their career as a Student Intern at Lviv City Council in 2010. Mariya-Anna then worked as a Waitress at the Holding of Emotions !FEST from December 2010 to May 2011. Mariya-Anna then joined the Відкрита телевізійна ліга КВН "Європа" as a Project Manager from March 2011 to June 2012. Mariya-Anna then worked as an Assistant to the Partner and Head of the West Ukrainian branch at Arzinger Law Office from November 2012 to September 2015. Currently, Mariya-Anna is working at Scout Gaming Group as a Human Resources Manager, a position they have held since November 2015. In this role, they are responsible for creating, running, and improving HR processes for remote and office-based employees across multiple countries. Mariya-Anna has also successfully launched HRIS, ATS, and time reporting systems, and has developed and implemented HR strategies.

Mariya-Anna Fedorchenko has a diverse education history. Mariya-Anna completed their Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization Development at UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Human Resources Development. In 2019, they attended a course on "Organisation: Team dynamics in Multinational corporations" at Copenhagen Business School. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Employment and Contract Law from Lviv Polytechnic National University between 2007 and 2012. Mariya-Anna'ssecondary and high school education was completed at Lviv Linguistic Gymnasium from 2000 to 2007, with a focus on English Language.

In addition to their formal education, Mariya-Anna Fedorchenko has also obtained several certifications. Mariya-Anna completed a course in Gestalt Therapy at the Ukrainian Gestalt Institute in January 2019. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in Communication for Managers from LITS (Lviv IT School). Mariya-Anna also attended the Conflict Resolution School at Lviv Mediation Center in December 2015 and obtained a certification in People Management from LITS in November 2015. Furthermore, they participated in the Summer School of Personal Finance organized by the European Business Association in July 2015.
