Stephen Dibartolomeo

Stephen DiBartolomeo is currently a Principal at Scout Ventures and the Co-founder/President of Chiplytics, where Stephen is focused on building a more secure microelectronics supply chain. Prior to their current roles, Stephen worked as a Product Manager at the National Security Agency and the US Navy. Stephen also served as an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Science and Cyber Program Manager during their time in the Navy. Additionally, Stephen has experience in finance and technology from their previous roles at Goldman Sachs, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Stephen holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
