Kathrin Neubert

Kathrin Neubert is the CHRO at scoutbee. Previously, they were the Head of Talent at MetaDesign from November 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Jesta Digital GmbH from May 2010 to November 2012, and the Senior Human Resources Manager at MTV Networks Germany GmbH from May 2006 to June 2010. Kathrin also served as the Head of Human Resources Germany at STUDIOCANAL GmbH from November 2012 to May 2017. Her other positions include Human Resources Manager at Lycos Europe GmbH from September 2000 to April 2006, and HR Specialist International Assignments/ Recruitment Marketing at Mannesmann Sachs AG from September 1998 to August 2000.

Kathrin Neubert has a Dipl.-Betriebswirtin (FH) in International Business from Hochschule Anhalt, a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, and is certified as a business coach from ISCO AG Institut für Systemisches Coaching und Organisationsberatung.

Kathrin Neubert reports to Gregor Stühler, CEO. They are on a team with Richard Stevenson - Director of Marketing Communications, Justin Drees - VP, Product, and David Almström - CCO.
