Linda O'Grady

Linda O'Grady has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Romulus Consulting Group. In 2007, they became a Copywriter at Rothco, where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Linda worked as an EFL Teacher at the Oxford Learning Centre, followed by a position as an EFL Teacher at R & V from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they founded and acted as CEO of Professional English, an editing and proofreading service for Latvian businesses until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, Linda worked as a Writer and Senior Editor at Berlin Logs. During this time, they also worked as a Blogger at Expat Eye on Germany from 2014 to 2018 and as an Online Market Researcher at William Reed Business Media Ltd. from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Linda is working as a Content Writer at Scoutbee, starting in 2022. Additionally, Linda has worked as a Freelancer, providing content writing, business English training, and translation services to various clients from 2014 to 2022.

Linda O'Grady has a diverse education history. In 1996-2000, they attended Dublin City University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Marketing. Following this, in 1999-2000, they pursued further studies at L’Université Jean Moulin III, where they earned a D.E.U.F. (Diplôme d’Etudes Universitaires Françaises) in International Marketing. Later, in 2000-2001, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advertising at Technological University Dublin. Moving forward to 2009, Linda attended The International T.E.F.L. College of Ireland for a brief period, gaining an International T.E.F.L. Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction. Finally, in 2010, they completed the Teaching Knowledge Test (approved by the British Council and Cambridge University) at the British Council, focusing on Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction.
