Pavel Blekhman

Pavel Blekhman's work experience starts in 2015 as an intern in Business Development at Smartelastic. In 2016, they interned in Finance and Investment at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom." In 2017, they interned in Innovation Management at Gegenbauer Services GmbH and also worked as a Pro Bono Consultant at ASCA. From 2019 to present, Pavel has been at Scoutbee, starting as an Operations Intern and progressing to Junior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and currently holding the position of Strategy and Process Manager.

Pavel Blekhman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Markets from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Pavel pursued a Master's degree in Management at ESMT Berlin, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Pavel obtained their ESMT Master's In Management Degree in August 2018.
