Cyrus Ameli, MBA, GCB.D, ICD.D, is an experienced leader in management advisory services and has held multiple governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue and a Member of the Board of Governors for Scouts Canada, Cyrus also acts as President of Reflective Management Ltd., focusing on strategic planning and sustainability practices. Additional board positions include Treasurer and Chair of multiple committees at BrainTrust Canada, Founder and CFO of Fractal Mining Corporation, and former Vice President of the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport Society. Cyrus possesses an extensive academic background with an MBA in Global Leadership and a Directors Education Program credential from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
