Juana Crespo

Juana Crespo, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as programming and research in the media industry. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Lead and Executive Director - Multicultural at Screen Engine/ASI, Juana has held significant roles at organizations such as City of Hope and Univision Communications Inc., where leadership in programming research contributed to the success of major Hispanic television networks. Juana's background includes a solid foundation in consumer research and training at Nielsen, as well as academic experience as a faculty member at Sistema Universitario Ana G. Méndez. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from Argosy University, and a BA in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
