Rebecca Weaver, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Partner in HR & Talent at The O'Connor Group since September 2018, contributing to enhancing clients' ability to attract, retain, and engage employees while establishing robust HR infrastructures. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Learning Manager at The O'Connor Group and served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Human Resources by Design from May 2011 to September 2018, where expertise in Human Capital Management and Employee Engagement was applied. Earlier career experiences include the role of National Learning Manager at Randstad USA, where responsibilities spanned managing operations and corporate functions within the human resources sector.
