Mark Grommesh has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, program management, and market research. Mark started their career as a Director of Market Research at Cirrus Health, where they were responsible for designing and managing the development of a medical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Mark was later promoted to head the development of the decision support department for analyzing medical real estate developments and acquisitions.

After leaving Cirrus Health, Mark joined Montecito Research & Analytics as a Program Manager. Here, they specialized in analyzing markets for medical real estate and generated $1 million in sales during the first year of the company's operation.

Mark's most recent work experience is with ScrewTop Media, where they worked as a Project Manager. Mark was responsible for marketing plan development, project management, new business development, key client management, and business operations. Mark successfully developed and executed data-driven email programs for Chickasaw Nation properties, significantly expanding their reach.

Mark Grommesh has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2023 and in Google Analytics from Google Analytics for Business in June 2020.
