Steve Neola

Steve Neola has a diverse work experience in product management and solution management. In 2022, they became a Senior Director of Product Management at Scribd. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Product Lead at OpenStore, where they played a key role in various aspects of the product, including growth, M&A, and operating Shopify stores.

Before joining OpenStore, Steve held multiple positions at eBay from 2014 to 2021. Steve served as a Director of Product Management for Advertising & Recommendations from 2019 to 2021. Steve also worked as a Group Product Manager for Seller Marketing & Advertising Lead from 2017 to 2019 and as a Senior Manager in various domains, including Image Search, Personalization & Recommendations, and Algorithmic Merchandising.

Prior to their time at eBay, Steve worked at Rosetta from 2008 to 2013. Steve held positions such as Solution Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, where they oversaw cross-functional teams, implemented agile software methodology, and managed development teams for various clients in the e-commerce industry, including Fortune 500 retailers.

Steve Neola holds a Master's degree in Analytics from North Carolina State University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies, cum laude, with distinction in Music from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. During their undergraduate years, they also pursued an Honors Program in International Business at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In 2007, they briefly studied International Business at Alliance Manchester Business School. Steve Neola completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from University School in 2003.
