Asha Goodman

Asha Goodman, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Associate at Scripps Research and as an Adjunct Instructor at National University. Previously, Asha worked as a Graduate Teaching Associate at San Diego State University, where responsibilities included teaching courses in Cell and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, preparing lectures and quizzes, grading, and facilitating student engagement. Asha has also held roles as a Research Assistant III at Fred Hutch, focusing on organoid modeling of prostate cancer, and as a Research Assistant at The Scripps Research Institute, where experimental work was centered on amyloidogenic proteins. Asha earned a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from UC San Diego and a BS in Molecular Biology from San Diego State University.
