Chase McCants

Chase McCants has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In their current position as Chief People Officer at ScriptDrop, they are responsible for managing and developing the company's workforce. Prior to this, they worked at Geben Communication as Vice President, Talent & Culture, where they oversaw talent acquisition and culture development.

Before joining ScriptDrop and Geben Communication, Chase held leadership positions at Olive, where they served as Senior Director of Employee Development & Engagement and Director of Employee Development & Engagement. Chase played a key role in enhancing employee engagement and development programs at Olive.

Chase also contributed to the Columbus Children's Choir as a Member of the Board of Trustees, demonstrating their commitment to community involvement.

Chase'sexperience at Beam Dental as Head of Employee Experience and Head of Talent highlights their expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement. Chase played a crucial role in expanding the organization and revamping their interview process.

At Apple and AT&T, they served as a Specialist and Retail Sales Consultant, respectively. Chase began their career at Sprint Nextel as a Lead Communications Consultant.
