Jay Gregg, Jr. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jay started their career in 1980 as a Furnace Operator at Rod Mill, Co-Steel Raritan/Gerdau Ameristeel, where they monitored heating practices, supervised refractory relining, and provided customer scheduling changes.
