Rebecca Collett (Grace)

Rebecca 'Grace' Collett, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rebecca 'Grace' started their career as a French Tutor at the University of Missouri, where they provided language and cultural support to members of the international community.

Later, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Saint Louis Concierge, leading site-based marketing activities for the charity extension of Delta Dental and garnering donations and participation from the public and business organizations. Rebecca 'Grace' also worked in marketing activities for the profit-based business of Delta Dental.

Collett then transitioned to the food service industry, working at Expeditor Macaroni Grill as a Training Coordinator and Server. In this role, they developed and organized new serving staff members and provided operational support.

Rebecca 'Grace' then moved to AIG, where they worked as a French/English Claim Setup Technician. Rebecca 'Grace' launched a new French Canadian line of business, provided clerical support to daily processes, and conducted quality reviews to enhance operational effectiveness.

Most recently, Collett has been working at ScriptPro, where they have held multiple roles. As a Training Specialist, they provided customized customer training and support during software implementation. Rebecca 'Grace' then became a Senior Project Manager, developing customized implementation plans and facilitating communication among pharmacy personnel and internal/external teams. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Implementation Training and Support.

Throughout their career, Collett has demonstrated strong project management skills, the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Rebecca 'Grace' Collett, PMP completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Studies from the University of Missouri - Columbia, MO College of Arts and Science. Rebecca 'Grace' attended the university from 2005 to 2011. In 2009-2010, they also studied at the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), although it is not specified if they obtained a degree or field of study in this period.

In September 2019, Collett obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
