Druscilla Dyer, M.A.T., Certified Scrum Master, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Druscilla began their career in 2011 as a Loyola Institutional Advancement employee at Loyola University New Orleans. From 2011 to 2012, they also worked as a Work Study Secretary and Research Assistant at Loyola University New Orleans Lindy Boggs Literacy Alliance. In 2013, Druscilla served as an Intern for the Director of Homeless Policy of Greater New Orleans at City Hall New Orleans.

In 2014, they worked briefly at Waffle House, Inc. as a part of an unspecified role. From 2015 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Verizon Wireless, including Retail Support Specialist and Experience Specialist. During their time there, they provided customer support and managed customer flow.

In 2017, Druscilla joined Democracy Prep Public Schools, where they held several positions. Druscilla initially worked as a Kindergarten Co-Teacher at Baton Rouge University Prep Elementary from January to May 2017. Later in 2017, they became a Special Education Teacher, and then a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Math Teacher until 2022. Recently, in 2022, Druscilla joined Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master. Their role includes facilitating and guiding agile development teams to effectively implement the Scrum methodology.

Druscilla Dyer completed their Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Social Sciences from Loyola University New Orleans in May 2014. Druscilla then pursued further education, earning a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education between 2020 and 2021. Prior to their higher education, Druscilla attended Belaire High School, though the specific dates and details of their studies there are unknown.
