Khaled Rawy

Khaled Rawy has an extensive work experience in the software development field. Khaled started their career in 2006 as a Web Software Developer at Al Moasher, where they worked until 2009. Khaled then moved to Sahm Group Inc. and held the position of Senior Software Developer from 2009 to 2010. After that, they joined Maarif Education and worked as a Senior Software Developer from 2010 to 2012, and later as a Software Development Team Lead from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Khaled joined THIQAH Business Services as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until 2018, during which they also took on the roles of Agile Transformation Coach and OKR Coach. Khaled then became a Development Team Leader and Scrum Master at the same company in 2018.

In 2016, Khaled founded Agile Days Middle East and served as the Conference Director. Khaled also became a Scrum Trainer and Community Member at Scrum Alliance in the same year.

In 2019, Khaled joined Agile Coaching Group, LLC as an Agile Transformation Coach, where they currently work.

Khaled Rawy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economic from Helwan University Cairo. Khaled also studied Computer Software Engineering at the University of Oxford, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree in that field. In addition to their formal education, Khaled has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Khaled is a certified ICAgile Professional in Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT), Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF). Khaled has also completed programs in Advanced Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Productivity Management for Leaders, and Effective Communications. Khaled has further certifications in Introduction to Agile Software Development, Software Project Management (SPM), ITIL Foundation V3, and Microsoft MCP 70-315. Khaled is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
