Renee Mzyk, CPA, CSM, CSPO has over 30 years of experience in various roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Scrum Alliance since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as SVP/Chief of Staff at ROVIA LLC from October 2016 to February 2021, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic initiatives. From June 2011 to October 2016, Renee was the Director of Operations at Scrum Alliance. Renee also worked as an Independent Analyst from 2008 to 2010 and held the position of Manager at Sabre Holdings from 1991 to 2003. Renee began their career as a Senior Auditor at E & Y from 1988 to 1991.

Renee Mzyk, CPA, CSM, CSPO has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. Renee also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas Society of CPAs. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Renee recently obtained the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification in August 2022.
