Sean Kerstiens

Sean Kerstiens is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and system architecture. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Scrum Alliance, Sean leads the creation of scalable technology systems, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and optimizes existing systems for performance and security. Previous roles include Head of Technology at Scrum Alliance, where Sean directed engineering and data teams, and positions as Lead Application Developer and Director of Technology at various companies. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines, Sean has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, driving technology transformation, and mentoring team members to foster growth. Sean is also a United States patent holder for a web-based signature solution.
