Junaid Mohammed

Junaid Mohammed is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Scrut Automation since July 2024. Junaid has extensive experience in leadership roles, previously holding the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success at Hiver from February 2019 to July 2024, and Director of Customer Success at CloudCherry from August 2016 to February 2019. Junaid’s career began with a foundation in technical roles, including Senior Software Engineer at Accenture and Customer Success Manager at SAP (under Avvas Infotech). Junaid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and also has academic experience as a Research Assistant at both Michigan State University and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
