Joshua Blanco

Joshua Blanco is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in environmental and infrastructure projects. Currently, Joshua serves as a Project Manager at SCS Engineers since August 2023. Previously, Joshua was a Senior Project Manager at Terracon from December 2022 to August 2023 and worked as a Project Manager at APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure Inc. from February 2014 to December 2022, overseeing 17 direct reports while also acting as the South Florida Resource and Safety Coordinator. Joshua's earlier experience includes a role as Project Scientist at CB&I Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed EHS auditing and environmental compliance. Joshua began the career as a Science Instructor at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where management of the science curriculum and facilities was a primary focus. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University.
